’61: SUSTAINABILITY
Once upon a spore in Leamington, ON, Dr. Murray O’Neil wanted to grow the tastiest mushrooms, grown with all the super-est sustainable methods. Today, we’re sending mushroom love across Canada, the US, and Japan—bringing incredible flavor to every table.
’85: INNOVATION
In 1985, we hit the books and discovered the Dutch-growing method. This nifty technique cut the growth cycle to four weeks, giving us whiter, denser mushrooms, and the ability to top more meals with fresh and juicy shrooms.
’07: ORGANIC
In the early 2000s we made major waves as Canada’s first certified organic mushroom growers. But we didn’t stop there, in 2010, we became the first Canadian mushroom farm to snag a Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification.
