This plant-based Mushroom Ragu with Highline White and Mini Bella Mushrooms is a dinner staple. Easy, hearty and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients:

8 oz Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms, minced
8 oz Highline White Mushrooms, minced
1 lb spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
3 tbsp olive oil
1 can marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and light golden-brown, about 8 to 10 minutes
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Divide pasta between serving bowls and top with mushroom sauce.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan and basil. Serve and enjoy.
