Ingredients:

16 oz Highline® White Mushrooms, chopped into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp unsalted butter
6 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parsley, for garnish
Bread, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Stir in flour and chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Add in sour cream and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley. Add your favorite bread to dip with and enjoy!
