Quick Air Fryer Recipe! Highline Caprese Portabella Mushrooms garlic-infused, cheesy, and topped with tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze. A mouthwatering delight!
Ingredients:
6 oz Highline Portabella Mushrooms
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz mozzarella balls, halved and divided
6 cherry tomatoes, halved and divided
Fresh basil, for garnish
Balsamic glaze, for garnish
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, oil, and salt & pepper. Brush mushrooms all over with oil mixture.
- Arrange the mushrooms gill side up in air fryer. Cook at 400°F until tender for 5 minutes.
- Fill each cap with cheese and cook again for additional 5 minutes.
- Arrange mushrooms on a flat and top with tomatoes. Garnish with basil and balsamic glaze.
