Grilled Garlic Mushroom Skewers

These Vegetarian Grilled Garlic Mushroom Skewers with Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms are flavorful, and ready in less than 10 minutes on the bbq. Serve them as an appetizer, a side dish or a main.

 16 oz Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms, sliced in half
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 Fresh parsley, for garnish

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme. Add mushrooms to the bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Skewer the mushrooms, and grill for 3 minutes on each side until slightly charred.

Garnish the skewers with fresh parsley & enjoy!
