 6 oz Highline® White Flat Mushrooms
 1 tsp olive oil
 2 pears, sliced
 1 tsp cinnamon
 200 g Brie cheese
 1 cup walnuts
 1 tbsp honey
- Gently rinse mushrooms, remove stems and scrape out gills.
- Heat oil on medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet. Place mushrooms in the pan, cooking for 5 minutes on each side. Remove mushrooms from the pan.
- Add pears and cinnamon to the same pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add walnuts & honey and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Move the pear mixture to one side of the pan. Place mushrooms gill side up. Add 2 pieces of cheese to each mushroom and cook for 2 minutes until cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove mushrooms from the pan and top each with the caramelized pear and walnuts.
