These bite-sized Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms with Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms are the perfect addition to any gameday lineup.
Ingredients:
8 oz Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms, stems removed
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
6 pieces cooked bacon, cut into squares
6 grape tomatoes, halved
2 pickles, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, mustard, and garlic. Form the meat into small meatballs. Place meatballs inside each mushroom cap.
- Spray air fryer with cooking spray, arrange mushrooms in a single layer, and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
- Top each mushroom with cheese, bacon, pickle, and tomato. Secure with a tooth pick & enjoy!
