Ingredients:

6 oz Highline® White Flat Mushrooms
2 cups chicken, cooked & shredded
¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 oz cream cheese
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove mushroom stems and gills, placing the gills in a bowl.
  3. Finely dice on of the mushrooms and continue scraping out the other mushroom to create a dip bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix chicken, cheeses, buffalo sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Combine diced mushrooms with the dip mixture.
  6. Fill the mushroom dip bowl, then bake for 20 minutes until golden and melted.
  7. Tip: Arrange a snack board with vegetables, pretzels, fresh mushrooms, and nuts for dipping.
