Ingredients:

16 oz Highline® White Flat Mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chicken, cooked & shredded
2 cups baby spinach
¾ mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and brush mushrooms with olive oil.
  2. Mix chicken, spinach, cheese, and buffalo sauce in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
  3. Fill the mushrooms evenly with filling and place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melted through and golden brown.
