Ingredients:

6 oz Highline® Restaurant Blend Mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig, rosemary
½ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz fettuccine, cooked according to package instructions
1 cup reserved pasta water
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add mushrooms and rosemary and sauté for 7 minutes.
  2. In another pan on medium heat add butter and garlic and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Pour alfredo sauce over fettuccine and toss with reserved pasta water until you achieve the desired consistency.
  4. To serve, plate pasta, top with sautéed mushrooms, season with more salt and pepper and enjoy!
