Ingredients:
6 oz Highline® Restaurant Blend Mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1Â sprig, rosemary
½ cup butter
2Â cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz fettuccine, cooked according to package instructions
1 cup reserved pasta water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add mushrooms and rosemary and sauté for 7 minutes.
- In another pan on medium heat add butter and garlic and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Pour alfredo sauce over fettuccine and toss with reserved pasta water until you achieve the desired consistency.
- To serve, plate pasta, top with sautéed mushrooms, season with more salt and pepper and enjoy!
