Ingredients:
 2 packages of 4 oz Highline® Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
 4 pork chops
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 cup Marsala wine
 1 cup water
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp xanthan gum
 Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Sear pork chops in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté shiitake mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add Marsala wine, water, and salt. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, scraping the skillet for flavor.
- Thicken with xanthan gum, return pork chops, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Plate each pork chop and pour sauce over. Garnish with fresh parsley.
