This Smoked Mozzarella Grilled pizza is ready in less than 10 minutes for an easy summer meal. Topped with smoky cheese, savory Highline Sliced White Mushrooms, it is a must try.

 8 oz Highline Sliced White Mushrooms
 1 precooked pizza crust
 1 jar pizza sauce
 1 cup smoked mozzarella
 Fresh dill, for garnish
 Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat grill to high. Brush grates with oil
  2. Spread marinara over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Top evenly with smoked mozzarella and mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked. Garnish with dill leaves and slice to serve.
