No steak is complete without mushrooms. Make this classic Steak and Sautéed Mushrooms at home for a fraction of what it would cost to eat out with Highline Restaurant Blend Mushrooms.
Ingredients:
8 oz Highline Restaurant Blend Mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
6 oz skirt steak
Rosemary, to garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic and mushrooms and season with salt and better. Sauté for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. In another skillet, melt remaining butter on medium heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness.
- To serve, transfer the steak and mushrooms to a plate. Garnish steak with rosemary and enjoy!
