No steak is complete without mushrooms. Make this classic Steak and Sautéed Mushrooms at home for a fraction of what it would cost to eat out with Highline Restaurant Blend Mushrooms.

Ingredients:

8 oz Highline Restaurant Blend Mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
6 oz skirt steak
Rosemary, to garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic and mushrooms and season with salt and better. Sauté for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. In another skillet, melt remaining butter on medium heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness.
  3. To serve, transfer the steak and mushrooms to a plate. Garnish steak with rosemary and enjoy!
