This Vegan Mushroom Gravy with Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms can take any Thanksgiving dish to the next level. It is completely plant-based without compromising on flavor. Even meat lovers won’t be able to taste the difference!
 24 oz Highline® Mini Bella Mushrooms, sliced
 1 medium onion, diced
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 3 cups vegetable broth
 1 tsp thyme
 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 3 tbsp arrowroot powder
 ½ cup non-dairy milk
 Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth thyme and nutritional yeast. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and arrowroot powder together until smooth. Add it to the pan and stir well
- Simmer for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until thick.
- Season with salt and pepper, top with your favorite herbs & enjoy over your favorite dishes.
