Shredded Highline Oyster Mushrooms tossed with barbeque sauce create the perfect Vegan Mushroom Pulled Pork Sliders. Easy, meaty, smoky, and delicious!

 6 oz Highline® Oyster Mushrooms, shredded
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 cup barbeque sauce
 2 tbsp vegan mayo
 4 slider buns
  1. In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 7 minutes until crispy.
  2. Add barbecue sauce and stir. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  3. Spread mayo on each top bun, add mushrooms and serve!
